You are responsible for registering and operating any motor sports product(s) according to your local and state laws. We make no representations to the laws governing the operation, registration and ownership of your purchase. We will provide an invoice, which will be your "bill of sale". We make no representation that your purchase is street legal or legal for operation in your locale. Check your local laws before purchasing and operating any Motor Sports product.

Legal Disclaimer, Terms, Policies and Conditions:
If you buy, you are a "Purchaser". The use of the term “you” or “your” herein shall be interpreted to mean and have the same effect as Purchaser. We, East Coast Scooter and others (hereinafter referred to as "Coordinator") hereby expressly disclaim all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except warranties described below.

"Product" is defined as the Scooter (s), Moped (s), ATV (s), Dirt Bike (s), Helmets and Motorcycle (s) sold by us, the Company or ("Coordinator").

You as Purchaser agree to on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin you hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue Coordinator, its owners, directors, trustees, officers, members, volunteers, and employees (the "Releases"), from all liability, claims, losses or damages on your account arising out of activities at or associated with the purchase of the product (s). You further agree that if, despite this release and indemnity agreement, you or anyone on your behalf makes a claim against any of the Releases, you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless each of the Releases from any litigation expense, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage or costs which also may incur as a result of such claim.

Purchaser understands the nature of Motor Sports riding and motorcycle activities, and that you are qualified in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. You also agree that you assume all risks when allowing others to operate your vehicle(s). If you are not familiar with the nature of riding, you should seek professional training before operating or riding said product.

Warning:
Scooter / Motorcycle / ATV / Dirt Bike riding activities involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including but not limited to, disability, paralysis and death, (b) these risks and dangers may be caused by your own actions, or in-actions, the actions or in-actions of others participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others and (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either known to you, not known to you or not readily foreseeable at this time and you fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of your participation in the scooter riding activity.

You must inspect all equipment before using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use. You further understand that you are responsible for damage to equipment.

You are responsible for assembly of your purchase. In no way is Coordinator responsible for assisting in the assembly and operation of your purchase (s). To get your purchase running you will need to install the supplied battery, add fuel, oil, check oil levels, install mirrors, and start up. We recommend having a motorcycle shop help assemble your purchase (s) if you are unfamiliar with these processes. Purchaser certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age and of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Warning: 50cc scooters, Motorcycles and ATV’S are not for use for children under 16 years of age.

No one under 16 should operate any of our gas scooter products and we do not recommend or endorse anyone under this age doing so.

Disputes:
We are here for you and want your business! We want everybody to be happy 100% of the time. We will do whatever it takes to get you to recommend us to your family and friends. If you are unable to resolve your problem with your purchase, simply call and speak with us. There is no runaround. We will do whatever we can to resolve all issues.

Taxes:
We do not charge taxes for any shipment outside of Georgia. You may be charged taxes if you register your product for license plates or tags. All states are different; consult your local tax collector for full information.

Additional fees and taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
