2. In your Fax, please include 2 forms of Personal Identification for each person applying.
3. Your must use your Driver's License as one type of identification.
4. The other identification can be: credit card or social security card.

A 20% Non Refundable Deposit starts the Interest Free Lay Away Plan.

The terms option of your Lay Away can be Monthly, Bi-Monthly or Weekly payments.

If the Lay Away account is Past Due for 60 Days, the Account will be closed and you will forfeit your 20% Down Payment.

If you choose this option we will store your purchase until the Lay Away has been paid in full.
